Volsun Participated in the 5th Global xEV Drive System Conference 2025
The 5th Global xEV Drive System Technology and Industry Conference was grandly held in Songjiang, Shanghai, from August 27th to 28th. Themed "Drive Intelligence Integration, Competitive Cooperation and Coexistence," the conference attracted a large number of well-known domestic and international OEMs, electric drive system companies, and expert representatives to discuss the future of the electric drive industry. At this exhibition, Volsun highlighted three core product solutions:
· Motor Bearing Electrical Corrosion Protection Solution – This solution utilizes a shaft grounding ring (conductive ring) structure to effectively reduce shaft voltage by over 70%, suppressing the occurrence of bearing electrical corrosion. Verified under rigorous operating conditions, after over 300,000 kilometers of continuous operation in complex environments such as high speeds, high power, and high oil pollution, the conductive fiber maintains precise adhesion and low dynamic contact resistance fluctuation, ensuring long-lasting and reliable electrical transmission for shaft current conduction.
· Motor Thermal Potting and Protection Solution – VS-EPTP1501 epoxy resin potting compound and various adhesives offer excellent thermal conductivity and temperature resistance, with a thermal conductivity of 1.5W/(m·K) and long-term temperature resistance of 180°C, comprehensively ensuring the thermal management and structural safety of the electric drive unit and battery pack.
· Motor Wiring Harness Insulation and Protection Solution – High-performance silicone fiberglass tubing, heat shrink tubing, and PPS fiber binding materials provide insulation, flame retardancy, high-temperature resistance, and environmental resistance, ensuring electrical safety and system stability under complex operating conditions.
